Returns: You must contact us for an RA# (return authorization
#)before you return your items. You can contact us via, e-mail, or phone.
You must have the order # and date placed, also please include the name the
order was placed under. When we issue your RA# you may then return your items to
us. All packages must have the RA# on them.
When returning merchandise to TENT AND TRAILER CITY, carefully wrap the items
and return them Parcel Post insured or UPS. Parcels must be returned shipping
charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns can not be accepted and will be refused.
Enclose a letter telling us the reason for the return, along with the name,
address, and zip code of the person who placed the order. Advise us if you are
requesting a refund, exchange. Repairs should be returned to the manufacturer.
TENT AND TRAILER CITY will refund postage due to shipping errors or defects in
merchandise. We will return ship via ground delivery.

Refunds:
If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund
which will appear on your credit card statement. Purchases made by check or
money order will be issued a refund check sent under separate cover.
Exchanges:
Of purchases made by credit card will be credited back to the card. The
replacement item will then be re-billed.
Customer satisfaction is our goal. All merchandise in re-sellable
condition may be returned for a refund within 10 days of purchase when
accompanied by your receipt.
If the item is used and found to be defective after our inspection, we will
exchange or repair within 10 days of the purchase date when accompanied by your
receipt.
Save your packing materials and manufacturers warranty together with your Tent
and Trailer City sales receipt and invoice.
After 10 days if you believe there to be a problem not caused by normal wear and
tear, you should contact the manufacturer directly.
